Any ideas wtf is going on with my steam? it has been like that since yesterday :S ive tried reinstalling it, deleting the whole folder and repairing it.. :S

think that's your internet that's causing it like that not loading all the data on the page my internet was acting up one day and steam was like this with everything white and no pictures, it was fixed once the line was stable again so maybe try reseting the router or something

Try changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 which is Google's DNS
