1060, ryzen 5' 8 gb of ram(upgrade later). 1 tb hdd. (128gb ssd if budget works). Matx mobo and budget Matx case.

Honestly there are so many, Walmart online sells some prebuilt systems with whatever configuration you can think of. I think you can get a 7600, 16gb ram & a 1060 6gb for that amount easily on there
