After some help.

What's the highest level you can get a Dino to on Ragnarok?
I'm playing a single player game and got my Dino to level 102 but it won't go any higher.. Can I change this? Or have I reached max level for a single player game.

Max difficulty box at the bottom of the first tab should spawn level 150 dinos

And then do a dino wipe. Perfect tame on a level 150 will bring it up to 225

I think you just max leveled it. Find a dino with a higher level to begin with
