2-2-2 doesn't always work, why are people getting pissed if you try to switch off to 3...

2-2-2 doesn't always work, why are people getting pissed if you try to switch off to 3 tanks, 2 healers and 1 dmg dealer on def? Or 3 dps(2flankers like sombra and reaper+soldier), 2 tanks(roadhog with selfheal) and 1 healer on the first point of kingsrow?

I'm willing to fill in for the team but, sometimes it just doesn't work against certain compo's
