its a bit different. csgo doesn't have specific roles that can be picked and failed at. everyone has essentially the same role, with minor differences

Different games, that isn't a fair comparison.
It's not that hard to SOLO CARRY a game in CS:GO even with bad teammates, sometimes I carry games in CS:GO, and I'm, by no means, a pro.

But in a game like Overwatch, it's way more dificult to carry a team of donkeys. In Overwatch, if your team is bad, you'll lose, no matter WHAT.
