pretty much always the way especially on older games they are much cheaper on PC. thats what i tell all my friends that are thinking of converting lol if they buy enough games they make their money back on the extra a pc cost up front quickly

Shadow of Mordor looks good but is not such a great game. Like Mad Max, it has been on discount on several ocasions. I assume most Warner Brothers' games are.

Pc games tend to get cheaper at a faster rate then console.You can also thank steam sales for that too.
