ok this is what i do and want you to do

i take my swith turned of out of its dock
i put it back in the dock and it turns on and right to the tv
but after the last update it doesnt do that anymore does anyone have this problem with his or her switch ??

On some TV it did automatically and you can check your Swtich Setting for TV part in the system settings

Yes it dose if you leave it alone and don't touch it or you it into sleep mode
