PC Beta isn't for another month, codes haven't been sent out yet, and for the first 2 days of the 5 day beta you need to preorder to get the code.

the last 3 days are an open beta, anyone can download and play

People on PS4 pages said that they were able to buy them on kinguin for like a dollar.
