I have had a squid for so long I don't remember what it's like to worry about anything in the water.

High melee mosa will kill jellies. Just wait for them to come to you and keep biting, mosas attack radius is larger than the jellies

A basil is the most surefire way, since they're immune to the stun and dismount.
If you're more daring, but stuck in scuba gear, armor on your head, gloves and legs and a good pike will save you in most situations unless you're in a cave with a bunch of level 270 jellies and eels.
Crossbow or longneck from afar is a safer bet, if you have a good shot!

Dasil(wale fallowed by mantas)

The basilo is the best option, as it is totally imune to stun effect.
But against eels, any dino. After they shock, they run and recharge.
Just avoid going with only one dino.

Yea I agree basilosaur is your best option. It can take the shock without you locking up. Easy tame as well just make sure to kill all the mantas surrounding it BEFORE you attempt to tame it lol.

Squid will work too as long as you swat them away in time
