For sure. The 3DS and Wii U Zelda both use black as background and gold for details

If they ever made an official Zelda themed Switch, I'd imagine it to be mostly metallic gold with SOME limited black highlights, but similar to the type of gold shell they used on the Link Between Worlds edition of the 3DSXL. That thing was radiant. And pretty hefty feeling. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my Majora's Mask N3DSXL, it's my go to 3DS and has all my downloads, but the gold is duller and less metallic. Zelda systems look perfect in metallic gold.
