7th gen intel i7-7700 CPU 3.6ghz boosts to 4.2ghz
16gb ram
Gtx 1060 3 gb
ASUS PRIME H270-PLUS/CSM LGA 11511tb hard drive as well as 120 gb ssd
upgraded the CPU heat sink to a corsair H60 liquid cooler.
Also a G213 prodigy gaming keyboard

2 sounds better but the monitor on 1 is nice.

Ehh.. i would go with the first one, I know its not true but I kinda feel that newer is better, newer processor, newer gpu.. comes with liquid cooling and a lot better monitor..

R9 is going to be nice for like the next month or so but once it starts warming back up that card is going to get really hot

If you swap the cooler and get a good OC on the second it will be significantly superior to the first. You also may get lucky and get 4.2-4.5 out of it without swapping.
