They should make another support character that can't heal. Like Symmetra, where their kit doesn't revolve around healing but still helps the team.

Problem is the game does a bad job between distinguishing the 'non-healing Support' category and the Defense category. I still see no reason why Symmetra isn't a Defense hero.

I mean the point of categorising is to make it easier to distinguish between things. Including non healing heroes in the category just makes it more inconvenient imo. "We need another support" will always mean "we need more heals"
