Skyrim is a good choice if you haven't already owned it on a different 3 different consoles, and put in 200+ hours into it in the 5 years its been out. There's Xenoblade Chronicles 2 if you're a JRPG fan or, Bayonetta is another obvious go-to. Fire Emblem warriors maybe, if you've ever enjoyed playing the Dynasty warrior titles.
