So what's the best weapon types to use in competitive crucible ? I'm currently using a legendary hand cannon I'm getting kills but idk much of what I'm doing so help this noob out guys lol

Better devil's, uriels gift, positive Outlook, mida multitool, antiope d, there are alot of great guns for PVP. It all depends on what you like to play really

I use positive outlook and a sword. Best combo for me.

Scouts---mida multitool , nameless midnight, manannan
SMG-- antelope, sondok, new city
HC- Better devils or better devils
Auto-- uriels, origin story, positive outlook, martyrs make

Sure any weapon will work, but if you want to maximize your effectiveness you need different kids for different maps. Here's what I like, but it's honestly up to you and what feels good for you.

My all purpose build A:
Kinetic: Hand Cannon (Judgement, Dire Promise, Better Devils)
Energy: Ranged Weapon (Tone Patrol, Positive Outlook, Uriels, Last Perdition)
Power: Whatever tickles your fancy, I use any sniper with snapshot sights, Sins, or The Colony.

Kinetic Reload Mod
Energy Recoil Mod

All purpose build B:
Kinetic: Ranged Weapon (Vigilance Wing, Nameless Midnight, etc)
Energy: Annual Skate, Stochastic Variable, or Prosecutor
Power: Whatever floats your boat

Aggressive non hand cannon build:
Kinetic: New City
Energy: Positive Outlook or Uriel's
Power: Colony, Play of the Game, or any launcher

My long range build (I get crazy high K/D with this for some reason)
Kinetic: Nameless Midnight or Garden Progeny
Energy: Prosecutor
Power: Maxim XI or LR2 or Long Walk

Better devils, Lincoln green, nameless midnight, mida, uriels gift, galliard, antiope D, sand wasp, old fashioned, vigilance wing, positive outlook, sins of the past, swords, hard light, forward path are all commonly used and effective in PvP, all depend on your play style, and class, I play a Titan, very good at distance with vigilance and nameless and close up I like melee and uriels, but a sub machine gun can pick u off at close range with my set up, depends on u man

Primary - Better Devils, MIDA multi-tool, Vigilance Wing
Energy - Uriels gift, Positive outlook, any 3-burst omolon sidearm
Heavy - Pretty much any rocketlauncher or sword.

Kinetic: Antiope-D (SMG)
Elemental: Positive Outlook (Auto) or Eternal Blazon (Scout)
Power Weapon: Complex Solution (Sword) or Curtain Call (Rocket)

I’ve recently swapped out the Antiope-D to a Halfdan-D and people were getting pissed. Slower ROF than most Autos, but the impact/range isn’t to be trifled with.
