So some advice would be much appreciated. My younger brother wants a new PC that he can edit and render videos with. He just wants to start out. His budget is $500-600. He doesn't need a keyboard, screen, or mouse. This is just for the rig itself. I have some specs in mind, but what does everyone else think? What do you suggest?
