So I'm having a little bit of a windows problem and I need so much help, I hope y'all can help me...
So, I have been getting an error on my computer saying that applications are not able to run in a timely fashion and i need help. I have googled my ass off only to find that the solution to the problem (changing the duration in the registry or doing a system check in cmd) won't even work because both regedit AND cmd are giving the same error that I am trying to fucking fix. Someone please help.

I know very little about this issue, but i hate to see someone stuck and frustrated with nobody even trying to help, have you tried a clean install, i know its the last thing most people want to do because its both time consuming and Irritating to back files up, but that would be my best bet. There has to be a software issue blocking you up.
