If you have fans, put fans in.
But I wouldn't buy extra fans to put a push-pull config, it's a waste.

Push pull with bad / non static presure fans.

Push or pull with static presure fans.

Jayztwocents and Linus did a test. Result? Didn't matter at all. Except for more unnecessary noise.

If u have thin radiators. Pull, simply because it's easier to clean.
If u have thick radiators (60 mm or more) and u want to keep low rpm, push/pull.

Push over pull if the rad is mounted at the back of the case. It will cool the rad better while exhausting excess heat faster. Pull is better if rad is mounted at the top of the case.

the radiator will only be able to dissipate so much heat. forcing more air to pass through the radiator fins isn't going to increase thermal transfer so long as you start with "enough" air to begin with. Its simple physics
