The bad news is: while on loading screen my perfect impact rate is about 80%... when i'm playing the game it's about 30% and sometimes with some turtles or rabbits

Same here. I got 3 perfect hits on the load screen. I don't think I got 3 on a 9 hole..

Anyone else notice that in game the meter kinda goes fuzzy as it gets right next to the perfect spot? I don't want to say glitches but kind of skips

I do worse on the loading screen. Maybe I'm not trying as hard. It's a tricky timing to get used to
