Why do people assume and expect EVERYONE to play games the same way they do?
Fyi... at 1500 SR you can run 6dps and win games. The game is a complete joke down in that elo doesn't require teamwork. So let's stop pretending it does. The reason people get stuck in "Elo hell" is because they are trying to play like a GM when they are intact themselves bronze...
Dude I'm in crappy high gold and I've won a game with 6 dps and then another game with 5 tanks and 1 heal. So bronze doesn't need a good team comp either. I hate hearing people say "well we lost this game at the hero selection screen!"
