Description:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I already tried switching from electrical strip to direct wall outlet. What else could it be?

Try a different cable from psu to wall and check all power connections inside the PC. Could be a failed PSU.
