My computer is being a bitch. I came home and updated Player Unknown Battle Grounds. Booted it up and my GPU Fans decide to spin full tilt and my screen turns black. I restarted the computer multiple times and my screen still does not connect and stays black. I changed display ports and everything. I'll show a video of what happened when the GPU Appeared to crash and spun the fans up and turned off the display. I'm at a loss, does anyone have any ideas what's wrong?

First thing I would do is to remove and refit the GPU. Then if it still doesn't work verify it is the GPU via the beeps, then yes, replace the card...but check other things as well, IE, remove/refit the RAM, check connections etc...process of elimination. (It could well be the card stopping it from booting but something else causing the card to do that).
