Is it worth it to set destiny 2 to 4k and my monitor is 1080p .i will see any improvement ?
Asus Gtx 1070 dual
Right now i see 50-60 fps at 4k

200 fps at 1080 with vsync off

If you're monitor is 1080p, then it won't go up to 4k

This is called supersampling and yes there is a difference. Textures should look sharper.

Play 1080p, I tend to leave vsync on unless it tears and give my 1070 a bit of a break lol

It will make the best possible 1080 image on your setup

Renders at 4k resolution and downsample to your native resolution " 1080"

Yeah using DSR often looks better than the in game anti-aliasing

Your monitor will cap at 1080. That is what it means when you have a 1080 monitor.

Me personally I don't notice enough difference with DSR to warrant losing 100+ fps lol

if you have a 60hz panel id probably up it as those higher frames aint doing anything for yeah if your panel is a bottle kneck
