Sever Rules as of 7/23/17. Rules can be added as needed to ensure a fun and healthy server. Additonal rules will be informed by post on the server facebook page
3 Strike Rule: All players on the server will fall under our 3 strike rule. Should you break a rule you will be given a strike. If you are deemed a troll or are only on the server to cause mischief you will immediately be banned. After 2 strikes, a 3rd strike regardless of how big or small will result in ban and removal. Strikes will be issued by admins with credible source. You can choose to repeal a strike or ban only if you have substantial proof you were wrongfully accused. Strikes will last for 6 months from the given date before falling off
Please Note, Tribe leaders are responsible for their members and depending on the actions of that tribe leader, outside of the given strike can lead to the whole tribe being removed. Tribe leaders should handle trouble players accordingly. If its seen that said tribe leader is encouraging or supporting any rule breaking acts, that will result in complete tribe removal as decided by admins
The following rules must be followed. Should they not be, the potential of broken rule can gain you or your tribe a strike. Multiple violations can put you on an immediate 2 strikes. Should a situation occur that doesn’t pertain to the following rules but is viewed as an issue to the server can also qualify to the 3 strike rule and said action will be listed in the official rules for future occurrences.
1)Clear Beaver dams completely
2)No Bronto farming at all.
3)No blocking or obstructing resources for personal gain
4)Admins are not entitled to give any items or dinos outside of (starter packs or if the server causes a loss)
5)PVE tribes are not allowed to change to pvp unless an admin approves it and it is officially announced by an admin on the page. Likewise with PVP to PVE. This would allow unfair advantages to a tribe to not be attacked until the build up or a tribe to attack then claim pve. However consistent harassment of only pve tribes by a pvp tribe can result in a strike against said pvp tribe. Pve tribes who attack other tribes will be immediately placed as a pvp tribe and will be considered as such
6) Trolls or any attempt of trolling will results in immediate ban
7)Attacks on an admin base is allowed but admins are allowed to retaliate by any means that they choose
8)Promoting of another server or trash talk of current server will result in immediate ban and removal
9)Tribes including PVE will not be reimbursed if attacked unless its by a proven troll or server issue
10)Admin abuse will not be allowed and said admin can be removed from adminship and banned
11)Dinos, Weapons, Gear, etc will not be given out by admins outside of starter packs for any reason unless it is sold (in game currency), traded or won in an event. Prices will vary by admin
12)Harassment of any form will result in immediate ban and removal
13)Admins are not responsible to be involved in any in game encounter unless said encouter violates a rule or is by a proven troll
14)Any issues should be brought to the facebook page to be reviewed. (Not personal messages, in game chat or other form of communication
15)New players are required to hand over their specimen ID to the admin giving the starter pack. Failure to do so will result in no starter pack and will place you on admin watchlist
16)No form of currency (real money) will take place on the server or facebook page for any reason. This will result in immediate ban and removal
17)PVE tribes are required to have pve in their names and white flags around their base. This will be to help assist in dealing with tribes who harass pve tribes
18)Bases that are left unattended (inactivity) for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned by admins and will be removed, unless otherwise communicated by player and a time frame given for how long they will be away
19)On any server wipe, map switch or brand new player/tribe, will be given a 3 day grace period. In this time no players or tribe is allowed to attack for any reason unless proof of being provoked by said tribe can be given. Failure to do so will result in a strike
20)Any obstruction of artifacts,notes or other in game progress items will result in a strike and forced removal of obstruction along with removal of any of said item held by player or tribe
21)Any destruction of community based buildings ex (Tranq Dart coarse, Community fishing pond, etc) will result in immediate ban
22)Any harboring of resources, weapons, etc for an unannounced tribe or to try and promote an ALPHA type tribe will be forced to remove items and placed on a strike or potential ban. Said tribe will be blocked from sever and page

Market Place (If Available)- Dinos will be sold based on level, stats and type. No dinos can be requested. If you attempt at any point to attack a member or their dinos in or near the market place for any reason you will result in a strike or ban. If you attempt to rob or destroy the market place you will be banned
You must pay in full to receive items. Dinos are not negotiable or requested. Prices will not be adjusted for any reason. Should you want items you can get with an admin on a item to see how much it will be sold for and if they would trade for it.
SCORCHED EARTH- These dinos will only be offered in events hosted by admins. No request will be taken for type or level. Only 1 winner per event unless specified by the hosting admin. Any attempts to alter the event will result in removal or participating in events for the future until decided otherwise and a strike for player or tribe.
