Let's say that I have EVERY SINGLE item from an event (I don't, this is a hypothetical), would I then get just regular loot box chances for Non-event items/currency? Also, if I had every item in game, would I ONLY get currency?

It's 100% you get at least one event in each box, (if you have all blue items, you can get a dupe blue item.) if you had every single item in game you'd only get duplicate items which would give you currency or you would get currency drops.
