Keep seeing people posting about being stuck on "joining session" when trying to load a server

If your still having the problem there is an easy fix for it. Used to happen all the time to me when trying to join official servers.

1. When you are stuck on "joining session" go to settings, network

2. Select go offline wait about 3 seconds then go back online

3. Open ark back up and it should kickstart it

Physically quit ARK

Network settings
Advanced
Then whatever it takes for MAC address reset

Then

Setting
Power and startup
Turn power off.

Stop going to the Xbox and holding the button down it does the same thing as above, except it’s not so much wear and tear on the system. It’s like pressing control alt del on a computer versus switching it off. Not good for it.

Then restart, reconnect and load in the game.

Go to network setting and clear MAC do it 5 times before you say it don't work.

I just hit xbox home on controller scrolled right to restart console .. once it booted up i was back in business
