A modern game with an old-school challenge. For a while, it seemed like every indie game wanted to be a roguelite or Metroidvania, which certainly started to invite more tedium than innovation. Karma Knight, a new title by Korean developers Ultramarinesoft, adamantly goes against the grain with a more old-school and linear approach to action games.
