Is anyone else having issues with their smartglass app not working? I tried using the xbox app on my computer as well and they will connect to my xbox but when I try to bring up the command box it doesn't work.

Hard reset your Xbox. Had to do this last night and it fixed it

Hard reset Xbox, if that doesn’t work, turn your router off and back on.

Hold the xbox button in on your console until it shuts off
