I just started Stardew Valley and I’m lost on what I gotta do and whatnot. I’ve walked around the entire map trying to make friends on it and everyone just gives me a “nice to meet you” line. I get exhausted too quickly too.

Any tips for beginner of a new game would be great!

When I started I just kinda walked around, cleared a little land and started a small garden. I'm on fall first year and still just doing a little of everything to get the hang of it. I like mining and fishing, but fishing takes practice.

It starts out kinda slow but gets better later on. I would say focus on your farm first then later on you can make friends lol there’s also fishing and mining which is fun

Make friends, do the community center stuff asap, clean up your farm as you need space for crops, on rainy days focus on clearing debris or going into the mine. Make sure to water crops daily.

I would suggest to tend to your farm firm before socialising, the bigger your farm the more items you can grow and gift to people

I started just trying to make money and mining and fishing talk to some people but not a lot this game is so addicting. Once you start getting better stuff mining is a ton of fun

Welcome, Yani! The best advice I got was not to read too much about the game and just have fun. There isn’t really a right or wrong way to progress, and the game itself will provide basic guidance. I also found these resources helpful:
