I got this stupid windows problem again that when i updated some games started to have noticeable fps drops... (hearthstone overwatch etc.) not the most demanding games and if i revert the update the games work normally... 3 questions...
1. is the update still broken?
2. why does it do that?
3. is there a fix for it?
(i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games, drivers, etc and updating everything i can aka the basic stuff)
