Go Mei for toxicity and get her "I hope you've learned your lesson" voice line hotkey it to your left stick and just tap it for an easy tilter. Get kills and tap your voice line, freeze some one? Tap your voiceline, ult? Tap your voiceline. Oh and don't forget to throw in a tea bagging every so often.
