hye, just build my pc from scratch but it keep restarting while playing game (only). who is the 1st suspect to be blame? ram? mobo? gpu? me?

mobo - gigabyte h170n-wifi
proc - intel i5 7400
ram - kingston hyperx fury 8gb
gpu - zotac gtx 1050 ti mini
psu - coolermaster v650
ssd - kingston hyperx fury 120gb
case - coolermaster 110 elite

What game is that? Sounds like a PSU issue.
Reason I wanna know the game is because I've had the same issue while playing Mass Effect Andromeda. The issue was caused by GPU overclock. I still blame the game, because not even the heaviest gpu benchmarks do that.

CPU temp? Did you use thermal paste? Did you remove the plastic slip off of the CPU cooler?

Does it just switch off or is it bsod?

Check windows event log after it shuts down. 50/50 chance it will tell you the problem.

What game, did you OC you GPU, whats your rams current speed and whats the box say its raited for, and make sure all cables are plugged in succurly

Huh, why do I think it's more a Windows issue more than anything? Are you using Windows 10 FCU?

A hard restart sounds like a cpu issue, obviously when the cpu is put under load. If it's not overheating and you haven't overclocked, then it could be a faulty/weak PSU. 650v should be plenty for that setup though.. Puzzling.
