Why the hell it woudn't? Deadeye deals ~150 dmg for every second you charge it, so if McCree waits for ~4 seconds he can deal 600 dmg.

You can predict the time he shoots so you can heal & get damage resist at the same time he shoots to survive the hit.

The duration is 6 seconds so he can deal up to ~1500 dmg.

As Roadhog, you can predict the time he's gonna shoot so you can heal & get damage resist at the same time he shoots to survive the hit.

I would be careful though. Let’s say road was at around 800 hp so the skull Mark appears faster but if he anticipates u firing, he can eat the fruit upon fire to reduce that damage by 50% and gain a tad bit of health since the fruit eating takes about up to two seconds
