Take apart, compressed air, vacuum (carefully) wipe down with non electrical portions (like case and fans) with microfiber cloth, use rubbing alcohol and paper towels (or coffee filters) to carefully wipe other areas. I don’t recommend wiping circuit boards, that’s what the compressed air is for.

Water helps clean up the dust. Make sure to pour some on your power supply. Then turn on your pc so the power supply fan can suck in all that water and clean the fan area.

go old school forget blowin air or compressed air just pull all the parts apart and use a dust brush and a an eraser

Buy a small leaf blower.
Use it outside.
Beware not to put to close to fan. Overspeed might damage them.
