Hey guys, anyone got any suggestions to my issue?

I’m on a rented prim+ server and crafted a tanning rack, it has not shown up in my inventory, so I decide to craft another, once again, it doesn’t appear in my inventory, I wait for a while in case there is a glitch and even after about 2 hours, they haven’t shown up

Never heard of such an issue. Try going to your engine settings, removing the engram for that, reset server, wait a few min, go back to engine settings and re enable the engram, reset server. Craft new one.
