HELP! I took a long break from Zelda, and I'm now trying to get the Thunder Helm, is it too late to do that if Riju is already at the lookout tower?

To wear? You get it after you finish the beast. She wears it while you are out in the desert with her so she can protect you.

You have to defeat the blight in Naboris, then appease all the town members' problems.

I don't think so just do all of the quests they give you and you can get the helmet from what i hear i don't think anything can stop you

You have to do all the Gerudo side quests.
