Hello, I would like to ask, if someone could help me. My Logitech G933 Wireless Headset won't connect to my PC. The Logitech Gaming Software says, that I have to turn my headset on, even though, I already turned it on.

I tried reset my headset, reinstall the software, restart my pc, restart the software, pairing my headset, remove the battery, but nothing worked.

(It stopped working, when I interrupted while it was updating. It was updating for 2 hours and wouldn't finish, and was only half done. It didn't move.)

I have tried google it, but I couldn't find anything that worked.

Check sound devices through windows. It might not be properly enabled or You might have something else that's taking priority

uninstall everything and reinstall. Headset driver wise

Sounds like your USB driver is fucked.

See if there's a way to hard reset the headset, it'll reset the software that was interrupted

You probably bricked the headset while it was updating. Can't do anything about that except contacting your seller.
