Hello I need help ‍I hear “placement depends on good gameplay ” so someone define “good gameplay” because I obviously have no clue what that means nor have I ever seen it around locally. Please enlighten.‍‍

I main soldier and to me I do well. Dying infrequently and killing a lot. But I’ve never made it past silver. I need to do better?

additionally, attempt WW2 German squad tactics:
>four DPS, one healer, one tank
>Two DPS either always on the point or flanking the enemy
>rest of the DPS never leaves the healer and the tank
