Guys building my pc for black friday but i see alot of games on discount on steam can i buy my games before i buy my pc? Maybe not download it just buy the title and download when i get my pc sorted

You can create a Steam account, Origin account, etc. and purchase games which will then be credited to your account and available to download when you sign into the client on your PC.

Steam is like Itunes for games
You can buy all the games you want they are gona be stored in you account library
You dont have to download them
