First few questions

One, has anyone had problems with Thier nitrado server not restarting? It's taking forever to restart.

Two, is there a way to make scorched Earth dinos spawn on other maps? Say wyvers and thorny dragon on the center?

admin codes is the only way to spawn on other maps

Yes, you can change the dino spawn weights (frequencies) in your server settings on the web interface. It might be under Engine settings, but I could be wrong.

Don't use the app to restart stuff. Use your Xbox web interface (or from a computer). Spam click Stop your server until you overload the system with stop requests, wait a few minutes, then restart it.

Yeah, you are able to add Spawns to other maps, just check the wiki, you can find it all there.
