Everytime i press join ark this comes up and when i go to my xbox updates theres none, anyone any idea?

The way I get mine to stop is to restart my router and unplug Xbox for about 5 minutes then try it again it works on mine that way everytime

What's your internet brand. Some internet companies don't support Ark at all.

I think you have tried to join a primal server without clicking it at the bottom right first

Are you running ark from internal or external, I had this issue when using an external but since swapped to the internal HD and it’s cleared

My buddy told me that you’ll have to uninstall then reinstall and you’ll be good to go
