It doesnt effect your mmr. It doesnt matter at all. It is basically another version of qp

I don't think Blizzard has ever said one way or the other, but I assume it does affect your MMR.

Every single game you play -custom games has an effect on your mmr which in turn affects your SR gain/loss probability. Play as hard as you can in every game mode.
