Does anyone know if there is anywhere or anyone who makes single Color buttons for the joycon/s? (Like red/blue etc)

In the masses no. Most people make them , when they make custom shells.
There is a guy on intsgram that made a molde of the buttons and makes his own in different colors.

If you customize often such as the 3ds. The 3ds buttons fit almost perfectly after you make one easy slot. Toss some high gloss metallic colors in there. But I'm sure you can get solid colors look for 3ds ones. Flip them over and see the difference from switch to 3ds. It's little one line

I can't seem to get my orange right shell to close flush with the internals.

And i might be making some custom buttons. My shell comes in a few days so im going to model and 3d print some custom buttons
