Deciding a new build, have a budget of £1200 the very max.
What would be better do you guys think?

My current system is a prebuilt (screenshot of specs provided below, ignore MOBO temp apparently the sensor isn't installed correctly), Would upgrade but extremely compact and it's a custom style Motherboard / PCI-E set up which is a pain to work with. Plus, extremely annoying to say to people at work (i work in IT) that i didn't build my own rig.
This is to build a new system. As said above, it’s a pain to work with how this prebuilt is set up regarding upgrading. Will be giving this system to my girlfriend. Only provided the screenshot to ask if either of the options are better than my current pc
