Yes it's just a stand that holds your switch up right so you can charge it. I have one, the compact ones are nice, they fold up small. Pretty sure that does not come with the charging cable. It's a great addition for table top mode!

These are great. Love mine. This is the only way I use my Switch in table top mode. The kickstand to the Switch does allow for different viewing angles like this does. Plus they are cheap. Got mine at Target for $12.

It’s fine, folds up small, gives enough height for you to charge it whilst playing. Used mine on a few 14hour flights and it worked great. (Doesn’t come with a charger)
