Are there any risks by using liquid metal between the IHS and cooler? Or is it better...

Are there any risks by using liquid metal between the IHS and cooler? Or is it better to stick with regular thermal paste?

EDIT: I've thought about using conductonaut as the liquid metal and the kraken x62 cooler.
