I havent had an issue might try hard reseting xbox or reseting router and modem

I do, have been for weeks now. Can't even access them on my own dedicated server. Reset router and Xbox. Doesn't help at all.

Go to your single player world and go back to the island, transfer from wherever you ascending last!

Its a bug from ascending on single player. Contacted wild card and they basically said nothing they can do. Have to start a new account.

It's not from ascending. It used to happen to me go to single and clear out your transfer data chars dinos and items that fixes it
