unlock the towers as early as u can, avoid combat until you are confident or until you have more hearts, learn how to cook, a single endura carrot or any single endura item will totally replenish your stamina but 5 of them will give you 2 additional wheels of endurance, probably more efficient to cook them individually, u can add items that have no special affects & it will give more health, if your cooking mighty food or tough food try to use 5 items cooked together that have the same effect as it will be much more powerful but it might be a waste of food in the beginning as it will replenish more hearts of health than you currently have
