Work on blink management.
Don't use recall until you REALLY need it, AKA, don't just ult and recall, or take damage and recall.
Spam your ultimate, you get it so really quickly.

Don't blink/run in a predictable way.

Don't jump around, it's predictable, bind a key to crouch and spam it

Be mindful of other heroes cooldowns and blink management like Mathieu Berger-Latour has mentioned. Blink Management and Recall management are key, as well as tracking/aiming. Your primary targets will be the supports, and farm your ultimate charge off tanks.
