Alright so i just setup a condenser microphone and its power supply and its not picking up sound. my computer detects that its there and i have it set as my default its just not working.
Im running an xlr to xlr cable from the mic to the phantom power supply and from there im running an xlr to 3.5mm jack into the microphone jack on the back of my motherboard.
