Would like to see a hero that has abilities or an ultimate that effects vision. Something that could temporarily blind an enemy. Be a cool hitscan and sniper counter.

We already have winston d.va genji to counter snipers xd btw snipers are the best counter cuz most people don't even know how to aim and so they lose the game.

Good concept but too unbalanced. It would have to be a which ult for it to be balanced or and AOE ult like sombra.
